The Toss-Up For Original Screenplay?

VS.

I predicted that Quentin Tarantino's "Inglourious Basterds" would be taking home the gold for Best Original Screenplay. Upon considering the fact that "The Hurt Locker" may very well win Best Picture, however, it is also a strong possibility that it could take Best Original Screenplay, as well. My heart still lies with Tarantino, however, because, honestly, his movie has got to win something outside of the Best Supporting Actor win for Christoph Waltz. The experts, though, think otherwise as most have selected "The Hurt Locker" to win.
